Train the trainer.

Equip your own L&D team to deliver responsible AI training, and to build their own. The capability stays in the building, not in my diary.

What this is

A structured path that takes an L&D team from wherever they are now to confidently delivering AI training, and creating new training of their own, responsibly.

It is built as separate, distinct parts. You pick what you need and leave the rest. Nothing is a fixed bundle you have to swallow whole.

Why it works

The homework is their own live work. Your team do not down tools to sit a course; they move a real project forward while they learn, and walk out with usable artefacts.

It is governance-first. Your trainers become the organisation’s first line of responsible AI practice, which is exactly where the EU AI Act expects capability to sit.

The tiers

Foundation · 1 day

Foundation

AI literacy and safety for an L&D team starting cold.

What you get

  • A facilitated day on concepts, real uses, the perils and the terminology
  • A vetted AI tool starter kit, free and safe, with no conflicts of interest
  • One small applied task, and a certificate of attendance

What’s expected of you

  • Up to six participants
  • A room or a Teams call, and willingness to try the task

The entry point, and the lead-in to the deeper tiers. Priced on delivery days, per cohort of up to six.

Practitioner · 3 spaced days · the flagship

Practitioner

Your team leave able to deliver AI training and build their own, responsibly. Three applied sessions, across one week or three, with homework on their own live work between each.

What you get

  • The three spaced days, with homework reviewed and feedback given
  • A real capstone artefact, a deployable training asset built with AI and applied to a live programme
  • The facilitator playbook for delivering the materials
  • An AI Included certificate of achievement and a competency checklist
  • A bedding-in private Q&A window after the sessions

What’s expected of you

  • Up to six participants who commit to the sessions and the homework
  • Access to a current programme to apply the capstone to

They produce real, usable work during the training, so they are not losing days to a course. Priced on delivery days plus homework-review time, per cohort of up to six.

Embedded · ongoing

Embedded

Keeps the capability current and supported after Practitioner, so the team does not drift back to old habits.

What you get

  • A quarterly booster session covering new techniques and troubleshooting real delivery
  • Version refreshes of materials and tool recommendations as the landscape shifts
  • A priority question channel with a stated response time
  • An annual capability review and roadmap
  • A set number of floor-walking / session audits each year

What’s expected of you

  • An annual or quarterly commitment, and a named contact

Predictable continuity for you, on a modest retainer.

Distinct products

Some parts stand on their own, whether or not you take a Train-the-Trainer tier.

Materials licence

A reusable licence to AI Included training materials, delivered by your own team.

What you get

  • The materials at their most recent version at purchase. Point-in-time, with no maintenance obligation
  • A flat licence for unlimited delivery to your own staff

Terms

  • One organisation, your own staff, not for resale
  • You are responsible for delivery quality, so the facilitator playbook and Train-the-Trainer are recommended

Floor-walking & session audit

I attend a live session your trainers deliver, in person or remotely over Teams, to support in the moment or to assess.

What you get

  • Real-time tips during the session, or an observed audit
  • A short development report on what is landing, where to tighten, and the next steps for trainers and content

What’s expected of you

  • A scheduled live session to attend; for the remote option, a Teams invite with appropriate access

Why this, and not a generic course

Scope & pricing

Every part above is a separate component, so you can take a single day, the full Practitioner path, a materials licence, or an ongoing retainer, and see exactly what each one adds. Prices are scoped to the tiers and depth you choose.
