Pricing

What it costs, and what you save.

Most consultants hide the number until you ask. This one builds it in front of you, in plain English. Move the dials and watch the price, and your saving, change as you go.

A group is up to six people, trained together.Three groups means up to eighteen people. Online, each group runs as its own session so everyone stays involved. In a classroom you can combine groups into fewer sessions.

What kind of session, and roughly how long.Theory is the grounding, the chalk and talk, about half a day. Theory & Practice adds hands-on work so people can actually do it, about a full day, and is the more valuable choice. Assessed and Certified adds a test and an AI Included certificate of achievement, about a day and a half. That is a certificate from me, not a regulated qualification. Online days are usually split into two shorter sessions.

Each group is live, facilitated training. Theory is the grounding (chalk and talk), about half a day. Theory & Practice adds hands-on work so people can do it, about a full day. Assessed and Certified adds a test and a certificate of achievement, about a day and a half.

Training shaped around specific roles, not one generic course.Steer it at HR, and the examples, scenarios and language are built with that audience in mind. Add Sales, and you get a second distinct strand of content written for them. Each role you add is tailored to that group.

Training shaped around this many distinct roles, rather than one generic course for everyone.

How much is made just for you.Standard means my ready-made materials, the most recent version, the quickest route. Part bespoke adds your branding and your own examples. Fully bespoke is built around your organisation and tools. Even adding a logo takes time and care to get right, so the more bespoke, the more it costs.

From my most recent ready-made materials, to something built entirely around your organisation.

Where and how the sessions run.Live online and blended cost the same. Blended mixes online sessions with time in the room. In person on your site adds a little for travel to you.

On-site adds a little for travel. Online and blended do not.

How firm your dates are, and what that does to the price. If you can be flexible and let me slot the training into gaps around my other work, it costs a little less. If you need specific dates, soon, or it displaces other work, it costs a little more. Either way, we agree the actual dates together.

If you can be flexible it saves a little; a rush costs a little more. Final dates are always agreed with you.

Whether your own staff, not mine, take on some of the delivery. If I deliver everything, you pay in full. If your team shares it, or leads with me training and supporting them, your cost comes down, and the capability stays in your organisation afterwards.

Your own staff, working alongside me. The more they take on, the less you pay, and the skill stays in your organisation.

Optional help so the learning sticks once I’ve gone.A video and PDF pack to refer back to, optionally with a Q&A chatbot trained on your materials, for three months or on an ongoing basis. The ongoing option carries a small yearly cost.

Optional follow-on so the learning sticks once I’ve gone.

Why groups of six?

A group is up to six people, and there is a reason for the cap.

Online, small groups stay genuinely involved. Everyone gets to speak, ask, and try things. Put thirty people on a video call and the opposite happens: a few talk, most stay silent rather than risk looking foolish in front of colleagues, and very little actually lands.

Six keeps a session participatory. So online, each group runs as its own session. In a classroom you have more room, so several groups can be combined into fewer sessions if you prefer.

You pay per group, not per person. A full group of six is the best value per head.

If there is a course or kind of support you were hoping to find that I do not yet advertise, tell me. With thirty years across training and IT software delivery, there is usually a way to help.

Thank you. That genuinely helps me get this right.

You decide. We include.
